Privacy protection when using this website

Links to websites of other providers

In addition to our own content, our portal also contains links to websites of other providers. If you use such a link, you leave the page of the MDI-DE portal and thus also its area of responsibility. The MDI-DE has carefully selected these links and checked the relevant content when first linking to them. However, this third-party content does not originate from the MDI-DE, nor does the MDI-DE have any influence on the content of third-party sites.

The MDI-DE cannot influence that third-party providers comply with data protection regulations or that their pages are changed after a first linking. A continuous examination of the contents is neither intended nor possible. A liability of the providers of the MDI-DE portal for the contents of websites that are reached via hyperlinks is therefore excluded. The MDI-DE expressly distances itself from all content that may be relevant under criminal or liability law or that may offend common decency. The contents of external pages to which the MDI-DE refers by means of links are only intended to provide information and illustrate contexts.

  • Name or URL of the retrieved file
  • date and time of the retrieval
  • amount of data transferred
  • message whether the retrieval was successful
  • anonymized IP address.

This data is used exclusively for statistical purposes and to improve our Internet service and is not evaluated in a way that can be traced back to you. Data that has been logged or collected when accessing the MDI-DE portal will only be passed on to third parties if we are authorized to do so or are obliged to do so by law or court decision, or if the passing on of such data is necessary for legal or criminal prosecution in the event of attacks on the MDI-DE’s Internet infrastructure. A passing on for other non-commercial or commercial purposes does not take place.
